T-Mobile Home Internet App Error

Possibly an Android issue between Apptentive and Google Play.  Maybe delete and reinstall the app?

I have the same issue. Started today or just noticed it today. I have an iPhone so it's not just android phones. 

My phone is constantly giving me this message. Although I have everything hooked up properly and working correctly. Is this an app error? Anyone else having issues like this?
