Text history log not reflecting actual text log on phone
Is anyone else having problems with text log on T-Mobile website under usage not matching actual text log on phone?
On the T-Mobile website the usage details claim I have incoming text from code 128 but wont show an actual telephone number. Its also claiming I'm receiving these incoming text come on T-Mobile website but I am not actually getting any text messages on my phone. Website is also not listing any of my outgoing text messages. I called T-Mobile twice now and I'm not getting any results or answers from them. Is this happening to anyone else?
I have looked into this, and have tested it out. 2300 seems to come up on usage log but there is no actual texts on my phone. It seems to be either a number I have blocked OR if you have spam protection on, it's spam texts that TMobile may have automatically blocked therefore you don't have it in your phone's text history. As for 127/128 it seems to coincide with the texts you get when someone leaves a voicemail. I know my data times seem to be 2/3 hours off of actual EST but texts are usually shown as the correct time in whatever time zone you're located.

I'm using the same TMobile messaging app I have always used for the last 20 years but my usage only shows all of the texts sent to the spam folder and none of the actual texts I've sent or received from my husband who is on the same TMobile account. My and my husband's usage primarily shows 2300, 127, 128 and some other random short codes. This has been getting worse and worse to the point it has become ridiculous.

For me 2300 is basically an annoyance because I have to scroll through numerous usage pages to find the actual usage generated by us. What angers me is entire text threads between the people sharing my account don't show up in usage so I have to assume other actual usage isn't showing up either. I have always used Google Messages and my husband Samsung Messages not third party apps so that isn't the problem.
