what is wrong with your customer service?
I have tried now over10 times to speak to a customer service rep…called 611……no one ever picks up…just crappy music playing interrupted by “hey hang in there , will be with you shortly”
even tried the option of we will call you back…….No call back, no one ever picks up…. Are you guys kidding me? What is the deal here?
I would like to speak to someone!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is basically a user to user forum so you won't get an answer here as to why no one is answering the phones.
