Ok I filed a claim for My iPhone 15 pro max. Paid the Deductible and sent back the damaged phone. Keep a photo of the tracking. All of a sudden an 800.00 charge shows up for Non-returned device. After Getting a T-Mobile rep on the phone they put me on a three way call with Assurant. Low and behold they did receive the phone!!!!The T-Mobile Rep. tells me they put a hold on my account to wait two billing cycles to remove it. (How cant they take it off right then and there is ridiculous) Then T-Mobile takes 414.00 out of my account two weeks later. After calling T-Mobile AGAIN and I was told the First rep didn't do what he was supposed to due and I would have to wait 18 days for T-mobile to reverse the charge. Funny how they can take my money and it takes 18 days to put it back. I then made sure I deleted all form of payment methods off my account to block any more shenanigan's from T-Mobile's Flunkeys. Now I have to wait till I can get return calls from T-Mobile to, I guess check that things are being fixed and my 414.00 is returned.Moral of the Story….DO NOT USE ASSURANT!!!!!!81Visto0likes0ComentariosBad Information at Sale
I am writing today to tell you about a problem with my account. In August we added a line for my wife's brother who is in a nursing home in Ashville. The rep at the Ashville store made it clear that we were getting an iPhone 13 at a discount for a monthly charge of $43. Upon receipt of our first bill we were charged $20 more. when calling the Ashville store, the rep said he made a mistake and offered no remediation. We have visited stores in New York CIty and someone said they would correct the problem but was unable to. I would like this matter resolved by either giving us a one time credit for the full amount of the difference or a guaranteed $20 per month for two years. Thank you, George Horowitz 516-521-008125Visto0likes0ComentariosPaid Off Phone
I have a iPhone 13 that is fully paid off. I confirmed with an agent the phone was paid off in January. I requested that the line attached to the phone be canceled along with my watch around April. Ihave a iPhone 14 Pro Max and recently I had an hardship and now my account is on hold until I pay the balance, which I fully plan on doing. My issue is if my last bill only mentions my 14 why is it now that my iPhone 13 can not be unlocked? I checked the eligibility requirements but there are some issues that I am having with them. One being I was never told when I paidthe phone off it would be unlocked but if I continued to use it on the T-Mobile service it would be automatically relocked (per a customer service rep). Two being it say "The device must have been active on the T-Mobile network for at least 40 days on the requesting line". Are you saying I must start service on that device in order for you all to unlock it? If that's a yes my issues is that's like charging a fee to unlock the device basically. Three being it say "If thedevice is associated with a canceled account, then the account balance must be zero". My issue is if the phone is paid off and no line is associated with the phone why is it now being held hostage by you all? I really wouldn't mind if you all wasn't preventing me from being able to get a job because I can not use the phone that is full paid off and not attached to a line in order to get in contact with jobs to pay you all back.30Visto0likes0Comentarios
