Wifi blocking incoming calls

Whenever I am connected to wifi at home incoming calls go straight to voicemail. Have T-mobile, have wifi calling disabled, just using wifi for data. This is happening with my wifes phone too. I have 15 plus, she has 15 pro max. IOS 18.1.1. As soon i disable wifi calls come in. Is this happening to anyone else?

Some internet providers block the ability to use WiFi Calling onntheir internet services unless you have wireless services through them.  Your internet speeds also matterba lot.  Incoming and outgoing calls should have at least 20Mbit down and 20Mbit up available for the best results.  Do you have any firewall in place that might be blocking the port the incoming calls would be trying to connect through?

This has nothing to do with that, when you use wifi on iphone and you have strong cellular signal or wifi calling disabled, all calls go thru cellular service. This seems like IOS issue where enabling wifi breaks cellular calling. Everyone should test this if you have ios 18.1.1. Call yourself with wifi enabled couple of times and see if calls getting thru. You probably been missing calls this whole time. Post your reply
