Wireless number + Pin apple website issue… please help?
I tried to preorder iphone 14 pro max from apple.com + tmobile finacing. When I tried to put wireless number and pin in there, it kept saying error. I already set up a pin on t-mobile account and also call 611 to change the pin again but it still shows Error. Do you know honow to solve this issue?
I prefer to order from apple website since i want to keep my current plan and doesn’t need to put down payment.
I'm having the same issue as well. Not sure what's going on with T-mobile.
I am experiencing the same issue while ordering iPhone 15. The only solution I got from T-mobile was to visit the store to get help. If I wanted to visit the store, I would have not wasted my time chatting with the customer service entire morning. Why can't things just be straightforward?
Have you contacted Apple?
Did you all ever receive a solution at all? I am having this same problem months later.
The default should be the DOB of the primary account holder in MMDDYY format
