Sadly, I have to leave T-Mobile after 11 years of being a customer. Times are tough and at my current state, can't afford this bill. I have a total of 11 lines , getting suspended due to none payment really hurts the bill. I didn't ask for credit just asked if they can reduce the amount and they refused saying it's a valid charge. Being customer for so long didn't make a difference.
I can’t complain about the service it’s great overall hence why I stayed for so long but I think T-Mobile should consider loyal customer a bit.
