Account Invoice Option should be add on on application so customer can download his account summary details with billing address
Post paid customers can download their bills to pdf with the billing address.
Prepaid customers don't have that option, it's in the prepaid terms and conditions that it doesn't have detailed billing.
Ok .That's the thing you have changed the policy & terms for pre- paid customers also who are paying through cards.
Any where what ever the little product or service it should have invoice if it paid by the end users I mean customer's through your application should have invoice with billing address. That will be useful to customer on long run.
Tmobile has never changed the terms for prepaid customers. It's been that way for at least 20 years.
Tmobile has been very up front about the policy.
