On the Magenta 55+ it says taxes and fees are included in the price $70 (with auto pay) and is locked in for life. I just got a text saying my price is going up $5/month per phone. What happened to ...

I also have 2 Magenta 55 lines and 2 smart watches, paid by auto-draft from my bank. I got the same text saying $2 per connected device increase, but I was just told by a T-Mobile representative (quite politely, I have to say) that my actual increase will be $14.00--$5 per phone line and $2 per watch. I will be filing a complaint with FCC (https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us) and shopping for a new provider.
