I also filed an FCC complaint.
When I spoke with TMobile the message was ''there really wasn't a contract' , and 'we researched all other providers and even with this price increase we're still the cheapest'. So one can picture them deciding that no one will really switch plans even if disgusted with the company for breaking their word.
