On the Magenta 55+ it says taxes and fees are included in the price $70 (with auto pay) and is locked in for life. I just got a text saying my price is going up $5/month per phone. What happened to ...

Spoke with T-Mobile about the PROMISE they would never raise our rates…first I wouldn’t give them access to my bank account because of all the breaches…THEY made the decision to change payment plans not me so I had to pay for that…I just got notified my plan THAT WOULD NEVER HAVE A PRICE INCREASE is going up…I called T-Mobile and they couldn’t care less..I just filed a complaint with the FCC and I am also going to see if I can bring them to small claims court…they are a bunch of liars!
