Not just the FCC, file a Better Business Bureau complaint and an FTC complaint as well. Maybe inundating them with so many complaints will get their attention.

The BBB complaints will lower T-Mobile’s score.
Oh, and stop recommending them to friends T-Mobile used to have the rating as the best customer service in their industry. Not any more .
