Same lie to my family, "Rates will never go up"!!! I file a complaint with the FCC. It only took a couple of minutes. Has anybody talked to an attorney yet?? It appears that there are a lot of people from all over the country that were lied too. It is not isolated to on store or person. This appears to be what the sales people were told to make the sale. Maybe speaking to an attorney on behalf of everybody (class action) can resolve this issue!
