This seems like fraud to me!! I called the number for customer service and the lady told me she couldn’t take a complaint, but that I could mail one to this address:

I have submitted complaints with BBB and the other one recommended above. Please submit your own as well! They shouldn't be able to take advantage of us like this. I will be looking for another mobile service.
