Glad I'm not the only one! I have been in conversations with T-Mobile about this. So far they have not acknowledged that there was such a plan in place, and told me that I was pre "Price Lock" so my plan does not apply. Currently I am requesting a copy of my initial contract agreement with them. So far, they can't come up with it. I feel as though this is futile, but I'm willing to stay in the fight. For us this increases our bill $120 per year. As we approach our senior years, the idea is to keep as much money as we can! And yes, the FCC complaint website is good to go to because they are bound to connect with the consumer to "rectify" any issues.
