Don't know what happened, but chatted for third time with agent yesterday after receiving June bill with rate increase to $69.24. We thought it had been settled and we would be paying no more than $60. Well, this agent said the account had been changed and rate increase was in effect. She worked her magic and put our account back on former Unlimited 55+ plan. Bill will remain as it was! Respectful persistence pays off! Actually, this agent made it sound like our account wouldn't have been changed if we'd not chatted...🙄
