Why are we being penailzed for paying with a credit card?
T-Mobile already took away the $5 discount that I had for auto-pay, and now will add a $10 penalty if I do not give them a debit card or bank account!!! This is daylight robbery and I am very disappo...

Okay, I just finished a phone call with a T-Mobile CSR and she confirmed that T-Mobile will accept EFT payments from a customer’s bank to T-Mobile’s bank (i.e. “Bill Pay”) and the Auto Pay discount will still apply!
So my bank account information is protected, T-Mobile doesn't incur a fee to receive the EFT payment and the Auto Pay discount is still in effect. Everybody wins!
