can i change when my bill is due

You can request a bill date change.  A few things you might run into if you request one, is a pro-rated bill for either the extended or shortened time of the bill after the change.  You will also want to have the billing date a couple.of days after the day you are thinking, jist in case you ever need an extra day or two for unforseen things. 

To request a change of billing date, you will need to contact Customer Care at 611 or reach out to T-Mobile via DM on Facebook or Twitter to request it.  

To add on you can only request a bill change once.

I wanted to change my bill due date and it says to dial 611, guess what you cannot get past the virtual assistant no matter what you tell it, keeps wanting to give me my bill total.
