I have an issue that I need help with. Issue with T-Mobile Billing and Service

I want to clarify: I made the payment for my phone bill on September 1st through my T-Mobile account using a bank card. However, my bank records show that the payment was successfully processed on September 3rd. As a result, the bank ultimately refunded this payment to me.
