late fee
I have been using T-Mobile for many years and they charged me late fee just because I forgot the bill for one day. I don't even pay anything when I pay after past due for con Edison or national grid. They are robbing me with that craps 3 dollar late fee each time which I am not satisfied.
Every company has different policies about late fees with some having a more leniant policy.
