"Moving Forward" mode to view next month's bill

I just received 5 texts from t mobile talking about promotional discounts.  1 said I qualified;  4 said I didn’t.

 

I call customer care, and the agent said my bill was going down, and I could view my next month's bill in the  "moving forward" mode.  I cannot find this mode.  ¿Tienes alguna idea?

    Being able to predict what next month's bill would be really reassuring. There are things that can change like app or call charges that could change the bill, so it could still make things a little confusing. 

    The app may not show you next month's bill, but it does show a lot of useful information including what promotions and discounts are on each line. Once the line or device is enrolled in the promotion, you should be able to see it on the Manage tab in the app. Try going to Manage, then view bill, and then scroll down a little to select View plan details or view equipment details. it should break the charges and discounts down by phone number, making it super easy to find what you are looking for.

    My question is whether there is a way of previewing next month's statement.  A T-Mobile customer care rep told me to look for "moving forward", but I cannot find it.

    I know when you sign into your MyTmobile account at the top right there's a list of the messages they sent you and there's usually an explanation or link.

    You can only see the basic plan price, there's various line charges that may get added in later like international roaming and items added to the account.

    T-mobile did display next months projected bill. I remember seeing it.

    I know what my bill will be every month as long as I don't add an EIP or some other package. It never changes.

  • I just talked to T-mobile on different question. Without me prompting the lady she said "your next bill is projected to be $102.13", so drop all the hot air. It not hard to do and t-mobile has the number. They did used to put it on the bill every month and like the person that started this thread, I wish they would put it back.

    What hot air, your bill is always the same as your rate plan. It will only differ if you add something to your plan or if your plan doesn't include taxes.

    Mine is $80 every month, never changes.
