Is this your first bill? Usually the first bill is never the plan price.
I just switched to T-Mobile and they did the exact same thing to me. The price I was told my bill would be with taxes and fees and the price I am being billed is over a $30 difference. Their customer service is a joke and won't do anything to rectify this issue.
