Hijacked
You have increased my monthly rates on my account by $20 in less than 6 months. I have not changed my plan or added on anything. $20 for what? Your description says nothing. You Suck!
Changed my payment method from cc to transfer and saved $10. The next billing cycle TMob added additional $10. Now they once again another $10 fee has been added without any notice or explanation. Very disappointing after all the years I have used TMob.
