Link two accounts with same email
My father is elderly and having issues with paying bills, etc. I am trying to help ease the pain with managing some accounts. Bought him a cheap flip phone to keep in contact with me, on the advice...
I am having the same issue with my 3 business accounts. They say they need one email per account which makes no sense because when you log in there is an option in the profile to select what account you want to view. Tech support and customer support with t-mobile has been terrible at resolving this issue or even understanding the frustration. My recommendation is to go with ATT because they have this option available.
