Bad coverage near my house and surrounding blocks
I have bad coverage/reception when I'm at home, and for several blocks near my house. I've spoken with several Tmobile reps, and they are unaware of any issue. They'll usually take me through the reset network connection option, which doesn't work. I have several friends that have Tmobile that have the same issue when at or near my house- using both 5g and 4g phones, apple, android, etc, Also having wifi on and off (wifi only calls are great- I have to turn cellular off to do it, and then turn wifi back on, so have to hang up the call and return it if talking to someone on a cellular call. The Tmobile coverage map shows that it's supposed to have ultra 5g coverage in my area. The decline in connection in this area (several blocks of Sugarhouse/Salt Lake City, UT) seems like it's been going on for at least 2 years. I haven't been able to get anyone at Tmobile to recognize that it's been an ongoing issue, so wondering if others might have it? Also wondering if it might have anything to do with shutting down Sprint Towers in this area, and/or perhaps construction in the area that is now blocking any towers to my area. Once I"m a couple blocks from home the cell reception is fine. Thanks for any help- or if you know anyone I can reach out to, as the troubleshooting option hasn't worked- and hoping to find someone at Tmobile who might know about Towers/dead spots in this area. ¡Gracias!

Could be. I’d recommend asking for ‘Advanced Technical Support’ team.
For some self diagnosing - Use the 'cellmapper' app (Android only) where you can map to the specific tower and also see how good/poor coverage is in your area. It's not the simplest tool - but use MCC/MNC 310260 and 4G LTE

+1 on cellmapper.net - it will let you see how close the nearest tower is. If you have an android, Network Cell Info is useful for diagnosing signal quality as well. It shows both the closest tower, and those that are in proximity, that your phone may switch to from time to time.
