Can't receive data when on 5G UC
New Pixel 6 Pro. Worked fine for first few days. Now when the phone shows connected to 5G UC, I can not receive any data or connect to internet. There's an exclamation point in the notification area. If the phone shows just 5G or LTE them I can receive data. Tried resetting all networks and still won't work on 5G UC band.
Any resolution to this issue - I have this same problem using and iPhone 15, works with LTE and regular 5g but when 5g UC is on the phone would be more useful as a decoration in my fish tank.
Any resolution? Just moved from Verizon to T-Mobile, and 5Guc turns my iPhone 13 Pro into a brick. So frustrating. No help from the TMobile stores.
Same problem for about the last two months. 5GUC doesn't give me enough bandwidth to use Instagram. Thinking of switching networks just as I was about to get a new phone / contract.
Hey T-Mobile - not cool that you ignore this conversation. You have users struggling here, and we'd love some participation from your engineering staff to get it figured out and resolved!
