CELL PHONE HOTSPOT BALANCE

My current plan has a 5GB limit when using my cell phone as a hotspot; where can I find my current usage amount. After using my 5GB, hotspot speed drops to 0.6 GBPS, so I'm trying to manage usage to avoid this drop in speed if possible.
