data outage since (02/13/2023) night
Monday, 2/13 my data went out and has not returned yet I have powered it off several times, made sure I had my cellular on and turned on roaming still nothing. Sometimes it will say E but it's horrible service. The only time I have been able to use my phone is in the wifi.
Also, on the coverage map I am supposed to have 5G ultra capacity and that is never been true ever since I’ve moved to Richmond I have had horrible phone service.
