Deficient service while abroad
Does anyone know why I have no internet access while in Brazil [i have selected the right service provider available]? The first time I came to Brazil [with Sprint] i had NOOOO problems at all...now with tmobil I have a quite unreliable and deficient service.. having and paying for a deficient plan that pretends to be effective, is the worse I can do to myself… I only have access to internet while hooked to the wifi... i will switch companies if they dont solve my network limitation problem

yes to all q's, paid TM in advance for biggest fatest supplement package that TM schills, useless. Also bought biggest national Türkiye eSIM stateside & installled it (iPhone is dual eSIM), also near useless.
My younger brother flew back to the states yesterday, he was here w/ me for a week, same venues & same locations as me, he is with Verizon, he had zero issues & he had high speeds, his carrier: Verizon US.
what a waste of my time & money, i’m the chump.

Is your device compatible with the roaming partner? Do you have roaming enabled on your device? Are you a prepaid or postpaid customer?
