Galaxy s7+ Verizon
a friend couldn't find an unlocked or T Mobile carrier Tab S7+ 5g. She found one at Verizon thinking it would work in her area. She gets very poor service and would like to switch carriers from Verizon to T Mobile. She paid cash for the tablet, she owns it. Can this be done
According to the information found on GSMarena.com the Tab S7+ (SM-T976B) has the following bands:
4G bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 20, 25, 26, 28, 38, 40, 41, 66
5G bands 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 40, 77, 78I’ve marked the ones in bold font that T-Mobile generally uses. You will note that there are no 5G bands so marked. It also lacks band 71 which is an important band for rural and indoor coverage.
