Have 5G on Android but SOS on iPhone.
The coverage map shows that I have 5G extended coverage. My husband gets 5G and several bars on his Pixel 8. Standing at the same location I get SOS on my iPhone 15. What could be the problem? I have reset the network settings. Turned my phone off and on, etc.

Hey there @karenmccall2014 Just checking in to see if your phone is working again. If you got it working, we would love to know how so others can try the same stuff if it happens to them.

Mine has the option to turn off automatic and select a network manually. If you don't have that option. No worries. Mine is an Android though.

I have not left it off for 5 minutes but will do that now. On my phone at Network Selection it says Automatic. There does not appear to be a way to select it manually.

iPhone's tend to have weaker cellular radios than most Android devices. Have you tried leaving your device off for at least 5 minutes to allow it to refresh its connection to the network? Have you tried manually selecting the T-Mobile network?
