Huge Mistake

Worst mistake I have ever made was switching to Tmobile. It has been nothing but a nightmare from the beginning! Customer service is a joke. One thing I cannot stand is to ask a question & be given an answer completely unrelated to what you asked. The website is stupid, does not allow you to access anything, but you can order products just fine (spend more money). So many excuses about upgrades & maintenance to the website. I've only been with them two weeks & I am already switching.
