IMEI bloqueado
Good afternoon! I'm from BRAZIL, and my device is blocked for its use here. I was robbed and recovered the device. However, the device is Brazilian, never left the country and it says that my IMEI was blocked by your company. I would like some feedback as soon as possible!

Where did you buy the device and was it bought new?
Is it a Tmobile branded phone? If so the phone was most likely not you.
I'd try contacting the company that sold it to you.
The device was purchased at Americanas S.A. The device was bought new. But it was stolen and when I recovered it, I unlocked it at the authorized APPLE store! When I went to use the chip here in Brazil, the website reports that it is blocked by you, an American telephony. As if it had been stolen there in the USA. This phone never left here.

Is it a Tmobile branded phone. Yes or no.
Tmobile can only lock phone they sell or has been used on their network.
