Need to vent about terrible t-mobile website
How do we access monthly billing statements through the t-mobile website?
What’s the point of going paperless if we can’t even view our monthly statement?
Are we just blindly paying our monthly bills?
I had to call customer support to help set up Autopay. Autopay just takes you from site to site but nowhere to update payment to autopay.
What the heck happened to the website that i have to contact customer service every month and take up my lunch time to get issues resolved? And still no way to access billing statements.

Customer support is great but they can only do so much if the website is trash.

so you signed in...but did you go back up to the top right “My account” and sign in again to access all your account stuff?
just did it on my side and was able to look at my bill just fine.
