New phone and number but not getting service

I added a new lin to my plan (a total of 5).  My youngest daughter now has my OL Samsung A52.  It has been registered and has a new sim card and a new phone number.  i canot get it to conenct to the Tmobile network.  I have rebooted and I do not hav airplane mode on

 

  • It is resolved.  The Sim card was pointed to the wrong number.  Thank you!!!!!!

    Hey there @Paden1 Have you been able to get your daughter’s phone working?

    If not, I think gramps28 and I have the same idea: the service issues are pointing to the sim card. I don't think the sim is bad or broken. I honestly think they may not have fully saved the sim activation. It is a simple mistake and a simple fix. I would recommend reaching out to our T-Force team by sending a direct message to us using one of the social media links at the bottom of this page. They can get you fixed up in a jiffy.

    Try a different Sim in the phone to see if it's the new sim that's the issue.
