No 5G covered
My wife's phone is under my account/name. I pay for 5G every month yet her phone does not seem to want to contect to 5G at all no matter where we are. Right now we are having internet issues and don't have wifi and she cannot use 5G to answer phone calls, texts, emails, etc.
Does anyone know what the issue is?
