I switched to T-Mobile yesterday. And my text and phone calls aren't working right. when I leave my house I have no coverage. I can text and call some people but not others.

Hey there. Just checking in to see if you are still having service issues or if everything is ok now that your account would be active for a while.

Just as a follow-up, TMobiles coverage maps are not accurate, and also not the ones that you can find. These maps are more for sales than reality.
Same location, “No Service “, and TMobile indicates on its “internal”.coverage map

I work in Central, NJ and as of the past 3 months majority of my coworkers and I have extremely awful service. I'm really surprised as T-Mobile owns about 3 other phone companies. I would think T-Mobile now has access to the appurtenant towers. It's a little comical when we're outside on our breaks with our mobile phones raised trying to get signal. I have autopay and my payments clear every month!! Why am I struggling to hold conversations, send/receive emails and text messages? I've been patient long enough, I'm ready to go.

Just as a note… TMobile's coverage maps can be highly inaccurate in places. In one location, city of Cambria, CA 1/3 or more of the town doesn't have service outside. Tmobile has always shown this city as fully covered until recently, and now it is approaching correct service where about 1/3 is a dead zone. Another area has gone the other direction. +5 miles of No Service not only shows as fully covered, but with 5g UC as well.
I'd recommend contacting Tmobile through social media and escalate to Advanced Technical support.
