not receiving calls on digits or through my phone
this has been happening for quite some time, im just over it. i pay for a service i should receive it. im on business magenta and my business line is digits only, my customers complain about not being able to either call or that it just rings and rings. meanwhile we get no notification here, with several devices logged into digits, nothing rings. some of these devices are hard wired into our network which has a 99.9% uptime. so no real reason they should not be getting through. please help!
I'm having similar issues with Digits, on a Samsung fold 4. It sometimes just rings and rings, while no call is actually coming in on my line(primary on a different phone). And, when a call does come in, there is no way to answer it. No button, nothing in the notification, nothing.
It works on my iPad, but not on my Samsung device, which is using Google fi for it’s primary line.
