One plan

How many voice lines are included in the One Plan before additional line charges accrue?

  • If you're on a basic family plan it's 2. If you only have 1 line and want to add one, the added line will cost you.

They raised the rate of the plan $10 starting with your June bill so the base rate is now $80 a month without autopay.

Thanks, yes I aware of this rule.  I pay from my bank directly (ACH) and not with a debit card.  Isn't that the same thing?

According to our latest bill, the auto pay feature included a $10.00 discount.  The whole accounting thing just doesn't add up.  Still, we like the plan, just wish T-Mobile would be more forth-coming in the advertising area.  Honesty, not a slight of hand.

This is not a complaint, but an observation on pricing.  The One Plan for seniors cost us "$30.00" per line before this recent increase of $5.00 per line.  Doing the math, this should cost us $35.00 x 2, or $70.00.  Yet, we are supposed to get a $10.00 discount for using auto pay.  The bill still comes out to $70.00, even with the auto pay turned on.  This is a bit of false advertisement.  The One Plan should be advertised as $40.00 per line, with a $10.00 discount if using the auto pay feature, with the final bill being $70.00 per month.

What is with the marketing people at T-Mobile?

You only get the autopay discount using a debit card. Credit card doesn't get the autopay discount.
