Phone call issues after latest updat
We just updated our galaxy s21 5g phones a few days ago with the Tmobile carrier update and since then any time we make a phone call, the other person says we keep cutting in and out. Very frustratin...
I have an issue with not getting incoming calls, sometimes it will go to voice mail other times nothing, there is no indication that there was a call, I can make calls and the texts are fine. TMo says Samsung is the cause and Samsung is no help. My S-21 5G is 14 months old. This is not right that nobody will take responsibility for this issue.
