phone on a plane
My son has phone # 540******* states he is on a plane and his internet is not working and phone stating we dont have that plan. Explica
Data runs practically everything now so not having it can really drag down the day.
The plane should have a Wi-Fi network that your son can connect to. Access to sites is still pretty limited on their Wi-Fi, but he should be able to connect to browse some basic sites including the airline's entertainment website and send text messages.

you’ll need to contact TMO to have them look into it..
until then though i would probably avoid blasting your kids phone number on a fully open and viewable site. everyone and their mom now know your kids number..
