Poor or no reception
Both my wife and I have had episodes of really poor reception over the last three month. This morning I couldn't call out. My phone said no network connection. I rebooted the phone then it worked. I had rebooted yesterday for another reason. I'm in zip code 32162.
My father lives in this zip code and has had issues for the last several months. T-Mobile is modernizing the only tower they have for this location and I was finally told today it could take another 3 months before the work is completed. The service is completely unreliable even with the mini tower they sent him to boost the service.
Are you using WiFi Calling? At one end of my house (away from the router), I have problems when the phone is in WiFi Calling mode. You might want to check that.
Most problems are when in the car in low areas a mile or two from home. Tower work might explain it.
Well, that's where I'd expect poor service. Have you looked at the area on CellMapper.net?
