After Two Rings I get "Call Ended".

Hi Did you ever get a fix for this? This is happening to me too - and its four businesses that I call - its annoying! I also did a reset even a factory reset and still rings twice then disconnects not to mention its annoying to the businesses I am calling! Any help would be appreciated I am not getting any answers from TMobile Thank you
