dropped calls and fading
I have a Samsung S22 Ultra, and for the past three months, I've been dealing with connectivity issues that leave me stranded without service or GPS in various areas. I tried troubleshooting with technical support, but they suggested it might be the SIM card or that I needed a software update-neither of which turned out to be true. Ultimately, they claimed my phone is outdated and might have internal software issues, suggesting I need to upgrade to a new phone. They still haven't offered a proper discount for this inconvenience and insist that I add another line just to get a discount, which is ridiculous.
To make matters worse, my fiancé has the latest Samsung S24 Ultra, and she's experiencing the same problems with dropped calls and losing service. It feels like T-Mobile isn't being transparent about a larger issue within the company, leaving customers stranded and without proper support.
