Customer Service and Technical Support are the worst I have ever experienced. The workers talk endlessly but never do their job which is to actually fix the problem. I have wasted many hours over many days over many weeks trying to resolve the same problem. A call can be transferred 3 to 4 times and it never gets resolved. Just give up and switch carries, that is what I'm going to do.
