I understand. I actually was a T-Mobile employee and they took excellent care of me when I had to take a medical leave of absence. So it breaks my heart to have to post anything negative about the company or their service. But I have used a cellphone only for 20 years, and find myself having to get a landline just so I can make and receive calls from home. This whole episode had been almost traumatic for me because I feel such positivity towards the company otherwise. But if I'm going to have cell service, I need to have service I can use, not just show loyalty to them. I completely understand and have never considered going with another carrier until this.
