Time consuming nightmare

This is absolutely false advertisement. Verizon is always consistent with the monthly payment bills at a low rate of $30/month even better there's never a dropped call! I've never had to spend such an extreme amount of hours on the phone with a provider, having been transferred multiple times never having received a resolution. Every time I call it's taking hours away from my toddler, 98% of my calls have been dropped over this past year and a half. They never applied the government assistance discount to the extremely high and inconsistent monthly bills.

Every call has led to a factory reset and troubleshooting even after telling the CS member that I had done both every time I called! They also check the towers in my area every time I've called, again without resolution, stating that all the local towers are good.

If you venture into.many areas, you'll want At&t or Verizon.   Northern (UP) of Michigan is really poor for service,  and roaming on At&t will give 160kbps.  Good luck if you have roaming issues… TMobile can't do much besides checking basic settings.   2 of 3 my devices wouldn't connect to At&t.   My spare Moto Edge would.  Didn't have this issue in parts of Ventura,  or Canada.
