Unable to receive texts
Greetings, after switching from Verizon to TMobile and porting over from a Pixel to Samsun A53 phone, we are unable to receive texts. Has anyone else encountered this and if so, how was this resolved?

and the Samsung A53 is from TMO or did you bring it from V with you?
It is from TMobile.
How long has it been? It sometimes takes a few days. If its been a week, you might want to call CS and have them redo that part of the port.
It's been two days. Curious thing is, I can receive texts from one person no problem and have received a spam text, but cannot receive texts from family and co-workers. One text reply went to my old phone with Verizon.
