Using a TP-Link m7350 in the USA

Dear reader,

Me and my girlfriend are planning a trip in which we travel from New York to San Fransisco. During this trip, we would like to use a Mi-Fi router, namely the TP-Link M7350, which supports the following bandwidths:

4G: FDD-LTE B1/B3/B7/B8/B20 (2100/1800/2600/900/800MHz)
3G: DC-HSPA+/HSPA/UMTS B1/B8 (2100/900MHz)
2G: EDGE/GPRS/GSM Quad Band (850/900/1800/1900MHz)

Is it possible to use a T-mobile prepaid sim card in this device? We don't mind if we can only use 3G in stead of 4G.

Many thanks!

  • The only band compatible with T-Mobile is GSM 1900. Don't waste your time bringing that MfFi on your trip. None of the LTE bands are used by any US carrier.
