Very slow in strraming, always buffering

Need a little more information…

Device (T-Mobile or other) - 5G, 5G UC or LTE ?

Is this location dependent or everywhere ?

1 app or all ?

Anyone else in your area on T-Mobile with similar issues ?

Always buffering. Called support they he'd me do a restart, and reload Sim card. That did absolutely nothing. Getting fed up.
